Blue stop sign button on face meshing

Hi,

I am trying to create a structured C mesh to simulate re-entry vehicle speeds. When making the structured grid for the left (C part of the mesh) I am getting a blue stop sign next to face meshing and the output is given is not a structured mesh. I have circled the relevant areas.
Please could you advise me as to how to resolve this issue thanks
