[GAMBIT] Structured mesh for an array of cubes

Question Structured mesh for an array of cubes

Hello,

I'm trying to generate 3d hex mesh for an array of cubes (or simplified buildings) shown in the image below:

I also want to use the boundary layer tool for near ground and building faces.
How can I do this without dividing my entire domain to lots of smaller cubes and using mapped scheme?
