I am using ansys meshing to mesh a 2d sinusoidal geometry. I have already done it many times on this geometry but however, ansys now decides to give some unique error.
I am sharing the google drive link wherein a desired mesh and an outcome mesh is displayed. Also, the geometry is attached that marks geometry is free from issue.

Difficult to say.
In my experience, ANSYS mesher prefers a number of small surfaces above a single large surface. Especially when it is a spline and build up of a lot or curves, possibly like yours. Difficult to judge from these images. In any case, better chop it into smaller pieces.
As an example. I never use surfaces of 360° when I try to mesh a cilinder. Then I always use 2 surfaces of 180°. Then the mesher has additional line to start meshing or to attached elements to. That often help.
