Refinement on The center of a cylinder

Hello everyone.
i am working on a mesh where i need to do a cylinder with a very fine mesh (Structured Mesh) on the bottom center on my cylinder (Like a box inside the cylinder with a fine mesh). any idea of how can i get the mesh like the idea i have? maybe on the ansys meshing software? Thx |

Hi David,
this can be done e.g. with ICEM by using refinements in blocks. Though, i assume, you don't have any experience in meshing yet. Start with some tutorials (a free video tutorial for ansys software can be found on learncax.com).
