virtual faces, volumes creating problems -- CFD Online Discussion Forums

ambermgupta New Member amber Join Date: Jun 2010 Posts: 8 Rep Power: 15	hiii all i imported step file from pro/e to gambit,it resulted in creation of many virtual edges faces,volumes.I basically have to subtract the geometry from the outer cube but i am unable to merge faces,volumes on the geometry[the virtual faces are the main problem].Also there are about 60 faces and the method seems quite cumbersome.any suggestions??
