Mesh file format: basic information about materials

Hi,
I'm meshing geometries in ICEM CFD and then export these meshes in fensap format to be used later. The problem is that there is no information about materials in this mesh format. I need just the basic info "material - mesh element", for example: Material #1: elements 1, 2, 6, 7, 8, 11, 12 Material #2: elements 3, 4, 5, 9, 10 Are there any mesh formats (ascii) that include this information? Thanks! |
