Hi

How can I define a source line in Ansys meshing to refine the mesh near this source line?

thanks alot

but , I need to refine mesh near a line that is not physically available, in the other word I need to refine mesh near a line (small region) that a phenomena occur

it is possible in a sphere region but I can not find this for a refining mesh in a cylinder or cubic region.

Do have an idea??

Hi Aer,

I think the only option available is "sphere of influence" specially when thr is nothing to select for sizing!

Hi Kapi

Thanks for your reply

Also, I find only "sphere of influence" that is appropriate for refine mesh in a sphere region.

Thanks again dear

you could go back in geometry and make a line there.

Or more technically you can adapt a region in fluent and refine the mesh there.
