Default a standard method of determining the outlet velocity?

hello everyone..

i want to know if there is a standard method of evaluating the outlet velocity of a savonius wind turbine from its .VELOCITY contour.the inlet velocity is defined as 6m/s but how to get the outlet velocity and put it into the mechanical power formula..
