ansys14 fluent for airfoil -- CFD Online Discussion Forums

SHIKHA BHUYAN Member shikha Join Date: Aug 2013 Posts: 40 Rep Power: 12	Hello, I am working on 2D airfoil and trying to find the values for its Cd and Cl.I have to validate my result with a published work. But my results are not matching with the the paper. Input values (same as paper): SST model, Turbulence intensity to be 5%. I did fluent analysis of S809 profile and found the Cl, Cd values for its validation.link for the paper: http://www.sciencedirect.com/science...96890412002634 For finding the Cd,Cl values: Cd : report -> force -> X = x velocity, Y= y velocity. Cl : report -> force -> X = -y velocity, Y= x velocity. Please if anyone can help me out.
