Need help with ansys fluent !!!

hey guyz,
I am new to ansys.I need a little guidance on how to do the analysis in fluent to find the pressure distribution in the case shown in figure.. The rotational velocity is 8000 rpm. Inlet mass flow rate is not known. Outlet pressure is the atmospheric pressure. how to choose the computational domain and give the boundary conditions??? any help is appreciated.
