Default Temp Vs time on CFD post

I have simulated an unsteady cases ( transit ) , and saved all data .
how can I plot a Temp. for zone or point Vs time for all time steps ? ( transit data saved ) by using CFD post

Make an expression for the temperature at a point and plot the expression in a chart.

Insert -> Chart and select under the general tab Transient
