How to define lift profile curve for six stroke engine?

Hi.. I'm Selvaa, newbie to ansys. I'm doing a combustion analysis project on six stroke engine. I need to know how to define motion profile of the engine by lift profile curve (with *.txt or *.prof extension). Help me please
