Hi,
i'm working on modeling a thin airfoil section with several layers of UD fiber. I have created the airfoil as 3 thin surfaces stacked up. I've set UD fiberglass/epoxy as the top and bottom layers, and an anisotropic epoxy as the middle layers. I cannot seem to find a way to orient the fibers in the directions I'd like. I can only assume they are at present oriented directly along the X axis. |
