Hi, I am currently doing a simulation on an 2D elliptical airfoil with a hummingbird motion. I realized that when I plot out my Cl and Cd graphs, I see lots of spikes in the graph.

May I know what could be the problem and how do I eliminate these spikes?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

What I am trying to do is something like this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=01hOD68DxrM
*the video is not by me

Hi, does anyone know how? I suspect it could be due to remeshing since I am using a mixed mesh(quad+triangles).

I have tried reducing the timestep to 0.00005 and yet I am still seeing lots of spikes.

Thanks in advance!
