trongnv is on a distinguished road
Hello everyone,

I am quite new to Icepak usage. I have some difficulties while using icepak when doing simulation for electronic modules.

I need to create the PCB with several vias but it is required to have "trace file". Could anybody tell me that, where can I get the trace file? I only need a PCB with vias and 4-6 copper layers. Is there any possible way to make the PCB with desirable vias and layers in ICEPAK directly?

Thanks
