Hi everybody,

I'm having troubles in setting substeps for my static structural analysis. The solver sets autotimestepping ON with its default parameters even if I change it from analysis settings menu and even if I set autotimestepping OFF.
I already tried to delete and rebuild all ansys simulation but this bug still remains. Until now I never had this kind of issue, thus I really don't know how can I solve it.

Does anyone have had problems similar to mine? Solutions?

How did you conclude that automatic time stepping is on?

From the solver output and also from the dimension of step which was 0,05 instead of 0,01. Another thing is that even if I remove moment convergence it keeps calculating it.

Interesting. I could take a look if you can archive and share the project.
If you cannot, some pictures (analysis settings, solve.out) will help.

Actually it's like 3 or 4 gb when archived, I'll try to store it online. Furthermore, I tried with different projects and they are all doing the same, so I think there is something in ANSYS installation or settings rather then in the single project.
