I need to understand the wall shear stress of a artery vein. But I am stuck at the first step - draw the model.
Could anyone help please?

The artery vein is given by points in layers.
Think you cut the vein to 300 layer. Each layer has 120 points equally spaced by 3 degree, but with a different radius.

My question is:
1. What software should I use? ANSYS? Solidworks?
2. How do I draw the model?
3. How do I create the mesh in ANSYS FLUENT?

Normally you would create a 3d model from the points you have by using some cad software, like the mentioned Solidworks. DesignModeler and SpaceClaim (both ANSYS) also have cad capabilities. Which program you use depends on your preferences, but I would go and search for tutorials on how to do that (importing point data and converting to surfaces and bodies) and check which software seems to be "easiest" to do it.

Then you can create a mesh with ANSYS Meshing or ICEM or other meshers like gmsh.
