Default how to simulate droplet formation due to two impinging jet streams?

I'm just at beginner level and I'm in need of this simulation model for my project. I have tried a vof model with DPM injection no accurate results are coming. I'm also confused on what to set boundary condition issue where injection velocity is the same as inlet velocity?
