ICEM and Spaceclaim, actually.

I have this geometry of an airplane, which, on the surface, looks good and doesn't seem to have any major issues. I can mesh it with Ansys Meshing, although prism layers are a bit wonky. But I can't for the life of me get it to work on ICEM! What's the issue here?

I'm not sure if it's the exported format from Spaceclaim. I've already tried .iges, .scdoc, .x_t, .b_t, .catpart and .catproduct, none of those fix the problem, some of those fail altogether.

I can't attach the .iges zip because it exceeds the max size, but HMU if anyone wants to take a look.

What does ICEM say? What is the error?

there are no errors, it's just the topology that doesn't close. There are multiple blue and yellow lines that can't be fixed.

ICEM will mesh it if the elements are larger than the gaps you have. So, start with large elements, to see if it works.
Then, if you want smaller elements, then close the gaps and openings with additional surfaces. You can also try to modify the model and geometrical tolerances. These are under Model Options, if I'm correct.
