Good morning everyone, how are you?

I need urgent help for my project at the university

I am analyzing a centrifugal fan (I think everything is fine) but at the time of simulation I do not have good convergence.

not down from e-03

I need help to know what to do attached I send you images of the fan, if someone can download the model and help me.

If I have to pay for an advisory, please tell me, it is urgent for my project at the university

what I want to do is analyze the pressure at the fan outlet

to perform flow vs pressure

Thank you very much everyone for your attention, in the link you can download the model

from what I can see from the MAX residual and RMS residual that the bad convergence is localized as the MAX is 10^2 times higher than the RMS. You need to know where is the location of these elements.

One way to do it is (that I know of):
- Run the same CFX run with the CFX-Pre setup of Output control -> Output equation residuals and select all.
- Open CFX-post then create volume -> isovolume -> your residuals desired -> above value.
- Do some refining or coarsen the mesh in those region.

Or alternatively use the high order turbulence numeric at CFX-pre solver control and set it to high resolution if available

Can you post your .Out File directly here? Then, we can analyse you boundary conditions and see whether something is missing or maybe wrong... The complete 1GB file is not necessary in my opinion
