I think CFX 12 (standalone) looks and feels like it has some major improvements. I am happy there, and it is working like 11 in my case.
I am not keen on the CFX file structure in the new Workbench 2.0, however. Take a look; WB is not saving things where you think and the whole flow just seems to be a mess. For example, in CFX-pre (in WB 2.0) one cannot manually write the .def file anymore (I am missing the gear icon thing)! This has caused me some major issues which are too lengthy to get into here. Is anybody else having second thoughts on this 2.0 paradigm? My excitement level on 2.0 has gone from high to nil in almost 24 hours. |
