hello sirs/mams i am an undergraduate student from india.i am presently doing my summer intern project on "stress analysis and deformation of trays used in heat treatment department for quenching crankshafts"the trays act as a base for the crankshafts. i am new to ansys and have just now learnt how to use it. I got stick to the problem that how to simulate this environment as in.. since in quenching there is sudden change of temperature from 800 degrees to 50 degree so the mechancial properties and thermal properties changes drastically for STEEL.Someone please help ..its my summer project and i don't want to screw it..please...
