Hello

I have had the same problem with some of my models. However, my global solution is affected by even one cell reporting this problem. I have had to redo the simulation/grid until the error is not reported at all.

Is this something which has affected others too? I read earlier that if it's just one cell then you can ignore it. But my global solution seemed different in the 2 cases.

Any ideas on this?

Thanks

If you are getting such problem, first use clip range option in contour to find the cell and range of temperature in that bad cell. Using that range of temperature adapt mesh.
For adapt mesh make cell register in adapt---->Manual--->cell register.
Better to see video about cell adaption.
Dont follow the videos using ansys fluent older than 2011 version, because older one had iso value adaption, now it is removed from fluent.
