I am new to POLYFLOW and as of now "playing". I'm trying to create one of the simplest geometries possible: an annulus in 2D. I want to have a free surface as part of my model, so I split my 2D Gambit geometry into 2 faces (would have been 1 without the free surface) to be able to define two different subdomains for POLYFLOW. My question is what is the appropriate way to specify the boundary condition (in Gambit or POLYFLOW) for the edge that connects the two faces? It should be essentially invisible in the simulation.
