ANSYS 12 to Fedora 64 biti !!!

Hi all,

Have somebody installed ANSYS 12 LINUX 64 on Fedora 64 biti ?

I'm curious, because this version of linux is free from Red Hat, and ANSYS is made to work on Red Hat, so must can be install on Fedora without problem ?

I have write or no ?

Can somebody tell me and answare to my question ?

I've tried Ansys 12.1 for Linux 64 (the popular edition most ppl can get, you know) installed both on Fedora 14 and RHEL 6.0. Without any tweaking there are still some *.so files unable to register, more in Fedora and just one in RHEL 6.0. Such missing registries for Fedora 14 don't seem to impede the using though, as long as your license is legitimate.
