My requirement is to have a RANS solution from Ansys as the initial condition for a large eddy simulation code based on finite difference schemes (which uses structured grids). I do understand that data storage of unstructured meshes is a lot different than structured ones, even though I am unaware of the details. But I would like to get your opinions on whether this is possible at all and if yes, any guidelines/references would be greatly appreciated.
(Note: I will use the same strutured grid that the LES code uses for Ansys. I understand that Ansys will interpret it differently.) Thank you. |
