Dear all,
kindly help me with the following problem.
Pipe ID = 300 mm
Pipe OD = 320 mm
Pipe Length = 15 m

Fluid = steam
Pipe material AISI 1330 (density = 7870 Kg/m^3 | Sp. heat = 472 J/Kg K | Th. conductivity = 51.9 W/m K)

Available Boundary Conditions at Inlet are:
Mass flow = 90 tons/hr
Velocity = 17m/s
Pressure = 64 Bar
Temperature = 480 Celsius

Assumed film co-efficient = 14.5 W/m^2 K

Tool used: Autodesk CF Design 2013 & 2015

I have solved the problem, but the outputs are not as expected.
What kind of settings to be followed throughout.
Can you kindly help me in solving the problem.
