HELP: about Autodesk Simulation SCDSE Error?

Hi all
When I opened a New Design Study in CFD 2017 from *.sat file (that was created from AutoCad), CFD 2017 program closed with a notice "A software problem has caused Autodesk Simulation SCDSE to close unexpectedly".
Please, help me to solve this problem!

Are you able to open a simple cube? (Rules out global issue and ensures this is model specific)
Is the file held on a local drive outside of any PLM system?

If it still fails, you might need to share the file with the Autodesk support team (I'm one of these people, which is why I'm posting here and not emailing).
