Hello, I am trying to simulate the combustion of a Diesel-MgO nanoparticles mixture in Ansys Fluent. I am looking to obtain Temperature, CO2, and NoX profiles, for that reason I am using a simple 2D approach simulating a simple axisymmetric plane with the fuel injection in the center and an axial airflow. My main goal is only to take into count the effects of nanoparticles in temperature (heat transfer) and not the chemical effects in order to keep the problem simple.

I have tried the DPM model, I activated the option of phase interaction, and the simulation converges, however, it does not show any change in the temperature profile even if I put high values on particle flow.

As DPM does not show a big difference I have tried the Eulerian model, by using only the heat transfer model (two resistances-Gunn) however the simulation never converges, I have tried to decrease the convergence parameters but it seems to not help.

I would like to find someone whose have expertise in combustion topic and multiphase modeling in Ansys fluent with the aim that helping me to learn how to solve these issues.
