Anybody got the CT Shaw book to put on the wiki?

The link seems to have gone down (I guess he has left the university or some such) and if someone has the book as a file I would have thought putting it on the Wiki might be a very good idea

It would have to be done by C. T. Shaw himself since he most likely owns the copyrights to his book and is the only one who can release it under a free GFDL license.

Yes - I have a copy as a pdf. I had intended posting it on a website soon - but could put it up on Wiki myself!!
