Hello guys,
I did a simulation using CFX on power turbine + diffuser. I put total pressure and temperature at inlet of power turbine as inlet BC and ambient pressure as outlet BC at stuck. The BC data comes from measurements. Now I checking the the static pressure data at diffuser and unfortunetly it has some difference (about 1.5 kPa higher than test values). I did some scaling of total pressure at inlet of power turbine but It didn't help, I got wrong mass flow and wrong pressure distribution at diffuser hub and tip. I need some help of you guys on this issue. I was thinking to use a pressure scaling at interface at diffuser inlet, there is a pressure profile decay setting of interface setting, anybody knows about this setting? Thanks in advance, Mehdi534 |
