I'm trying to run a transient simulation of a reactor with only a liquid phase and with the injection of a substance (like a tracer) in the inlet and outlet of the reactor. I would get a graph with the concentration of tracer at the outlet of the reactor at different times, someone has done something similar and can help me?

This is simple. Use a passive scalar and set a monitor point on the passive scalar at the outlet, and track it as the simulation progresses in the solver monitor.
