Dear friends
I am doing two way fsi. Non linear analysis has been performed in ANSYS. ( I am using work bench) I have an error in ANSYS as shown below. Please help me to figure out the problem. Thank you Regards Govind *** NOTE *** CP = 22.605 TIME= 14:08:04 ANSYS and CFX are using different unit systems. This error likely has nothing to do with FSI. Run it as a structural only case, you should get the same error, but it will be easier for structural experts to debug.

It's more safe to let ansys create connections automatically: Create a "Connection Group" in ansys mechanical under the "Connections" part, choose the bodies you'd like to connect and also a fitting tolerance value. Also choose the connections to behave asymmetric. After that it should work (at least it did for me).
