Default Difference between mixing length and turbulence length scale

Hello,

Does anyone confirm me my comprehension ?

The mixing length is analogous to the mean free path in a gas which is the progress way until the next molecular collision compared to the turbulence length that is a length scale of eddies, is that right ?
