hi every one,

i am new in using cfx ,i am studying spinning engineering and iam dowing a simulation for the effect of the air on the yarn passing through an air jet nozzle

i have all the data to start the simulation such as pressure, velocity.....etc but my main problem is the turbulence model because of my poor information in fluid dynamics i made a search and i found that they used the sst model but they didn't mention any value for k and omega and the equations to calculate them are extremely difficult for me , can any one help me on how to estimate these values or a simple equations for them
