Hi everybody,
I would like to simulate a wing enclosed in a sphere in ANSYS CFX. At the moment I set the boundary conditions by entering a primitive region which slices the sphere in a half. Then I assign one half to be an inlet and the other one to be an outlet. However, I need to run simulations fro several angle of attack. At the moment I rotate the sphere for every AoA and try to slice the primitive region at about the same position as for the previous setup. I think this not a very efficient way of doing it. I was wondering if there is an easier way of doing it and/or a more accurate way (because I doubt that I pick always the same position for the primitive regions). Also is the way of assigning the BC correct? Hope someone can help me out! Thank you very much in advance! |
