Hi all,

I'm currently running some frozen rotor simulations on centrifugal compressors using CFX.

I'm curious as to when the rotating domain should end, ie how far downstream of the blades should the impeller-diffuser/rotating-stationary interface be? For example should it be 10% offset from blade radius, 20%? immediately after the blade tip?

I'm using a vaneless diffuser just fyi

All the best!

Brett
