Hello everyone
i m working on cfd simulation of erosive wear in slurry erosive wear test rig {cfx mrf method }. I having difficulty in inserting boundary conditions for example where to set my material as turbine material and so on ..please guys help me out

Have you done the CFX tutorials? There is an example which does erosion on a butterfly valve, so this sounds like a good place for you to start. You can get the tutorials from the ANSYS customer webpage.

Thanks Dear
Actually i have to find the erosion rate of CA6NM turbine material and i dont know where to insert boundary conditions where i can change my impact angle and all

Normally you don't define the impact angle, the simulation works the impact angle out. Or are you talking about the wear rates for different impact angles?
