The tutorials are available on the ANSYS Customer website. There are also simple tutorials available on the ANSYS student website. You seem to be doing a pretty simple analysis so the basic tutorials will cover all you need to know.

What is an impedance boundary condition?

CFX has CEL expression language which allows you to do many functions inside CFX. If this is not enough then you can use user fortran and do just about anything - but fortran is considerably harder to develop, debug and implement.

Thanks for your giving the valuable guidance.
But I have checked the tutorial I can't get sufficient information.
I want temp of object after 1 hour.

Then load the results file in the post processor and go to the time step for the 1 hour result. This is very basic stuff.
