Hello everyone, I am encountering a problem while trying to open a simulation which consists of a list of files. The simulation is done in CFX from workbench. Below is the message that appears when I try to open it. Is there any way I can run these files in a simulation?

I don't know what the problem is. But if you are only using CFX (meaning not coupled with other packages like structural), there is no need to use Workbench, other than for the workbench mesher.

So, use the CFX-launcher where you can open Pre, Solver maanger and Post as stand alone package where YOU have full control of all files, instead of letting Workbench control the files, which can make your project corrupt if for some reason files are missing.

I agree. If you are not bound to using workbench, step away from it. I tried using it and found it chaotic do deal with files and where they are saved. Maybe there is some way to keep control, though.

Looks like you try to open multi-volume 7-zip archive which for some reason is associated with ansys in your system.

Yes, it is exactly what happening in my system. Do you have idea how to solve this? I tried using 7zip but in vain.
