I'm seeking more elaboration about cfx setup solid domin as avoid in fluid domin in analysis of constant heat flux sub channel analysis?

In the analysis of nuclear power reactor core sub channel there is some kind of setup in cfx to deal with combined fluid soild domins as a void as the analysis regarding heat transfer with constant heat flux

I think you should do some (all) of the CFX tutorials. Your question shows you lack the basic understanding of how the code works, and setting up basic boundary conditions. Once you do all the tutorials, you will have gained a large amount of knowledge, they really are great tutorials.

The CFX tutorials show how to do multiple domains, solid and fluid domains and heat transfer. You really should look at the CFX tutorials for help on how to do these sort of models.
