mspranavmn is on a distinguished road
Hello,

I am a newbie and am trying to learn the Actuator disk model (ADM) and Actuator line model (ALM) for the wind turbine.

I am having difficulty designing the actuator line and importing the properties for actuator line model into CFX-pre. Can someone help me or guide me through it to learn. I know the theory but having difficulty implementing that into CFX-pre.

I am not able to understand how a line can be created in CFX-pre and divided it into multiple elements to import the data. Additionally, how the data can be imported into that particular cell as the rotation is implemented into the turbine rotor.

Any tutorials or textbook suggestions or articles will also help.

Thank you.
