This is integrator for CAD and CFX or FEA but I not sure this workbench contain CFD masher so for complete analyzes I will need Ansys CFX and Ansys Workbench with out Ansys ICEM? Could anyone please confirm or deny this?

For meshing of solidworks model you must have CFX-Mesh and Geometry Interface for SolidWorks. It is cheapest solution... but not best. CAD2Mesh with DesignModeler cost "slightly" more than CFX-Mesh alone and also require geometry interface. Ask ANSYS representative for prices (or price list). CAD2Mesh also has Hexa option at additional price. This will give you most of ICEM functionality.
