CFX optimization process error

Good afternoon.

I am trying to optimize the shape of a converging diverging nozzle using Cfx and the workbench direct optimization tool. However, I am getting this error during the optimization run:

Update failed for the Solution component in Fluid Flow (CFX). The solver failed with a non-zero exit code of : 2.

Any idea of what could cause it? Thank you very much for your help and time

Exit codes are not helping much. Add the real error message which occurs a few lines before the exit code stuff or the whole .out file alltogether.
