Default Blocked load pressure

Hi,

I have an inlet connected to an outlet and 2 vents. The inlet mass flow rate is 2.2e-5Kg/s and velocity of 12m/s. At first I run the simulation with outlet open to atmosphere. I got a velocity of 3.7m/s and mass flow rate of 1.76e-5Kg/s. The total pressure ~6.8KPa. In the second simulation, I blocked the outlet i.e. set mass flow rate=0Kg/s. And I got a total pressure of ~22.4KPa. My query is how the blocked load pressure is calculated? What are the parameters (velocity, mass flow rate through the outlet etc) that affect the blocked load pressure?

Thanks,

Ruchi
