Blade surface velocity distribution

I would like to draw blade surface veocity distributions corresponding to blade loading chart for a rotor blade in cfd post. I noticed that there are many types of velocity components such as velocity in stationary frame, velocity u v w, axial and so on. Which one of velocity should I use for this purpose?
