Default ICEM: 2D->3D (Ogrid around faces) ?

I want to create 3D blocks around some closed surface. I create 2D blocks on the surface and then try to extrude them outwards of the surface. I use option "Create Block->2Dto3D (Fill;Create Ogride around faces)", but blocks are extruded inwards of the surface.

How can I change the direction of the extrusion ?
