yhddd is on a distinguished road
I'm doing a transient calculation, a two-phase flow of water and air, using CEL
for the initial phase volume fraction
CEL is as follows:

Air volume fraction:step(z/1[m]-0.98-3.005)
water volume fraction:step(0.98-z/1[m]+3.005)

At runtime, the system prompts me,And the calculation is aborted after one iteration.
Topology simplification is activated with the following
restrictions:

- Mesh regions referenced only within User Fortran and NOT
in the command file will cause the solver to stop.
- The solver will stop during any "Edit Run in Progress" step
| if new 2D regions are referenced.

Does anyone know the reason and the solution

The volume fraction information appears to have nothing to do with the message you report. And I think the message is a warning and not an error, so this would not have stopped the simulation.

If you do not understand the warning then read it carefully, it explains the situation carefully. If you need help understanding it ask a question.

If your simulation crashed and you do not know why then post your output file.
