What is the most practiced turbulence model now?

The task is to evaluate the influence of the inlet Reynolds number on the compressor characteristic.

What is the practice of applying the turbulence model and mesh parameters for stationary flow at similar task.

The SST turbulence model is the most widely applicable model in CFX. Use it unless you have a good reason not to.
