Are you planning to install OpenFOAM on your PC. If you know how linux and c++ works, you can download binary files from openFoam web site and then untar them in right order.

If you dont know linux much, easier and infact route would be be to along with caelinux.

Are you installing caelinux? In that case you will burn caelinux ISO image on dvd first and create a bootable dvd. If you want to install caelinux on your pc then, all the instructions are available in caelinux documentation section.

If you already have a linux platform and you just want to install OpenFOAM, then you need to download the binary files from openfoam's web site and untar them in right order.
